Accommodation

You’ll be staying in either ‘double deluxe rooms’, perfect for couples or single travellers, a cabana or a 4 persons / twin room if you’re travelling with friends. The accommodation is easily accessible by (rental)car and the hotel offers free parking.

Pricing: from €26,25 p.p.p.n (based on a 4 person / twin room, including breakfast and airconditioning). Other options would be a double room, or a cabana in the beautiful garden of WindTown Cumbuco Hotel.

More about Cumbuco, Brazil

Cumbuco is a former fishing village, 40 km north of Fortaleza. The village offers restaurants, shops, an ATM, pubs and a physiotherapist.

payment and currency

WindTown Cumbuco Hotel accepts credit- and debitcards or cash (Real). We advise you to always carry some cash with you since not all restaurants in Cumbuco accept cards.

Arrival and departure

To get to WindTown Cumbuco Hotel you’ll have to fly into Fortaleza. KLM usually allows a 300 cm (or 118 inch) boardbag (instead of a suitcase) if it doesn’t exceed the 23 kg (50,5 lbs) limit (march 2018). If you’re flying with TAP you will have to pay extra to take a boardbag.

From Fortaleza airport it’s just a short 30 minute drive to Cumbuco.
For an additional €40,- Outbound covers this transfer as well.

Book a tour with one of the iconic buggy’s, go hiking or visit one of the nice pubs / clubs or restaurants. If you’re looking for a day of relaxing treat yourself to a massage at WindTown Hotel or just spend a day at the pool. Downwinder (and other) tours are booked on the spot and payed for in Real.
