What do we offer?
A room in a rustic finca, in the middle of the nature – just five minutes from the beach! The perfect get-a-way for your kitesurf holiday in the Huelva area, South of Spain.
The KiteFinca is a small-scaled Kitesurf Guesthouse in Huelva. An eco-friendly accommodation with four rooms.
Aside of that, VanParking is offered: there are spaces for a campervan because #homeiswhereyouparkit.
Accommodations
Book a room, a camperspot or the whole house.
When you book one or more of the four rooms in the kitesurf guesthouse Huelva, you share a bathroom with the other guests.
There are two comfort rooms: double bed, small siting/ working/ reading area, a space for your luggage and clothes and of course; comfy blankets. We can add a kidsbed in these rooms.
There are two slightly smaller standard rooms: double bed, a space for your clothes and comfy blankets.
There are three campervan spots. Stay with us on the driveway, make use of the facilities of the garden (such as free bio lemons!) and the pool.

More About Huelva and the Finca’ surroundings
La Redondela is situated in the south of Spain, close to the border with Portugal in the province of Huelva (Costa de la Luz). It’s a little village five minutes from La Redondela Beach. This place has it all: from a craftbeer garden, to supermarkets, and a hip coffee/ pizza bar.
Payment can be done via card, but not in all cases! Therefore we recommend to have some cash on hold. Do not worry, in La Redondela you will find two banks where you can withdraw money with all cards. Payment is done in EUR (euros).
There are more then enough kitesurfspots in Huelva.
Do you understand dutch? Make sure to listen to our Podcast (spotcast) about Isla Canela and Isla Cristina/ El Faro. If not, we can also give you all the info needed to go out and have a great time on the water.
Rather do other stuff too, aside of kitesurfing? Huelva is well-known for birdwatching, (mountain-)biking, golf and SUP. Within just a few hours drive you’ll find great city-life! Cadiz is great for a breezy city walk and catching some waves at one of the bays nearby. Sevilla has great sights such as the “Plaza de Espana” and the mushrooms of Sevilla…. Want some good food? Make sure to visit “Veganitessen”. When you go a little further out, go out for hikes (or skiing/ snowboarding) around Granada. Granada itzelf is great to visit too. We’d be happy to give you some insider tips!
Arrival and Departure
For your kitesurf holiday in the South of Spain at the KiteFinca guesthouse, you can search for flights to Faro (PORTUGAL). This airport is close by; just 30 minutes by car! Rather arrive in Spain? Opt for Sevilla airport which is located at a 1.5 hour drive.

During the whole year, there are kitesurfspots along the coastline available for your session or lesson/ coaching:
» Isla Cristina (PLAYA CasitaAzul) . Yearround – Kitespot within 5 minutes from the Finca – Spacious parking – Small surfcenter during summer – Winter: side onshore Poniente (often with waves) – Summer: Thermal wind, normally from 15:00 side(on-)shore (SW).
» Isla Canela. Yearround – Kitespot at a nature reserve and the Portuguese border, – In lowtide also sailable with NW / N wind – Winter: side onshore Poniente wind – Summer – thermal winds like at Cristina.
» Isla Cristina (“SECRET”) . Yearround – Kitespot at ten minutes from the Kite Finca – Only with hightide, N/NW wind.

Other activities
No wind in the morning? No worries! Grab a SUP board or Longboard (skateboard) which we rent out! We also teach SUP and SKATE.
Rather chill out? Grab a chair and enjoy the pool.
The spacious terrace is ideal for yoga, we have yoga mats available. Last but not least, we offer games, books and record playing in the common living room.
Go out to the village of La Redondela to grab a cold beer or yummy bite. We can recommend “Lima Limon” for sure, as well as “Rubens Beergarten”.
Sustainability
In the KiteFinca you’ll find energy efficient kitchen appliances, LED-lights and second hand goods. Also the garden and it’s furniture is made out of second hand stuff or ‘garden waste’.
There are several trees in the big garden, that provide the Finca residents with fruits such as lemons and avocados.
Waste is separated. Eating meat is strongly discouraged.
What makes this guesthouse in Huelva extra “eco friendly” is, that we use water from the well. Please use biodegradable soap, the Finca staff can offer you some.
Amazing host, relaxing, cozy, eco-friendly
As soon as you enter the Kitefinca you feel totally welcome and relaxed. The host Eva and Ferry are very friendly and helpful. I recommend it for all kind of travelers (couples, families, singles etc). It’s very eco-friendly. Nearly everything is from their own garden. I highly recommend the breakfast, it’s just amazing. The kitespots close by are very good and by far not as crowded as in Tarifa. Very good for beginners and as well for advanced kiters. If no wind, you easily can go for a daily trip to Faro in Portugal. To sum up, I totally recommend it here especially when you want to avoid the massive crowd in Tarifa.
